In this passage, Simeon experienced a WOW moment when he saw Jesus for the first time, as he was promised. We need to be patient as we wait to receive promises from God. God is our provider and He gives us what we need. We often focus on our lack. We should come to our Heavenly Father and ask Him for our daily bread and trust Him with what we need. Don't let lack overcome you with fear, but have faith in God. Never lose our thanks and praise God for what he provides for us. What is the daily bread you need right now?
