In this section, Jesus uses parables to teach us about the kingdom of God. In verse 9, He says, "Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear." The key to the kingdom is that we do not just hear His words with our ears, but we listen with spiritual discernment to understand what He is saying and then obey Him in our lives.
