Jesus says mission has three aspects: evangelism, mercy and justice. We are wealthy by world standards. Part of the responsibility of the privileged is to advocate for others. This requires effort, learning about issues, writing and speaking up. "All that is needed for evil to triumph is that good men (and women) do nothing." Maybe all it will take to make a difference is to add our voice to the voice of others. "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."
